Thanksgiving 2021

We rented "The Cider House" again and our time was spent between Pat & Steve's house and The Cider House. We were there Wednesday thru Sunday and were pretty busy the whole time. Jenny and I drove 30 miles in the MP after the get together and are camped in Paris Mountain SP near Greenville. This park has quite a few biking/Hiking trails. I rode this morning and it was brutal. Rocks and roots and this is Paris 'Mountain' so there is that.

Habersham (Home)

All is well in Habersham. This trip was only 3 weeks. We stayed longer at our camp sites than we normally do. Not sure why, but moving all the time doesn't allow any time for much relaxation. Relaxing is not really our thing but it was certainly worth a try. Our drive out of Jacksonville took us over a cool bridge. Chris would call it trippy. We now have a lemon problem. This is the most productive our tree has ever been. Not sure what we can do with 100 lemons. Davejennyjournal will be unconscious until Thanksgiving.

Hanna Park day 2

Tonight will be our last night out. We wanted to get ahead of things so we spent some time in a laundromat. After that we had a good seafood lunch. I rode one of the loop trails and then I rode for awhile on the beach. We are pretty much done with this trip. Our next outing will be Thanksgiving. 

Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park

We are on the beach in Jacksonville. This is the second time we have camped here. It's a good last stop because it's not to far from home and each site has full hookups. This morning when we were trying to leave O'leno I needed to put a few Lbs. of air in one of the dually tires. The act of doing that caused the valve extender to leak. I think maybe a rubber O ring was old and brittle. There were some hoops we needed jump through but we finally got going at around  11. That breaks the record for our latest departure. Tomorrow will be an administrative day. We are booked here until the 4th but we will probably head home on the 3rd. Get homeitis.
