Lunch in Bryson City

Today there was a "ropes" course for the kids, a lunch at a Brewery in Bryson City and a live band with beer and pizza beside the river this afternoon. We have to return to our lives tomorrow. 

Yesterday, Nantahala Falls

Nantahala day 2.

We hit the river at around 11. It's pretty much non stop excitement

so pulling out my phone to take an action shot could not be justified. There was a professional photographer at the waterfall near the end of the trip so I might buy one of those pics. That stretch of river was pretty hairy. We all survived and I'm pretty sure everyone enjoyed it.

Nantahala (Escape to the Mountains)

We rented a cabin at the Nantahala Outdoor Center in Wesser NC for some cousin bonding. We have white water rafting on the agenda tomorrow. There are 12 people and 3 dogs staying in the cabin. Luckily there are plenty of adult beverage choices to the dull the chaos.
