Cumberland Island National Seashore

This place has been on my to-do list for quite awhile. It's an island on the Florida / Georgia border. It is for the most part, undeveloped. The Carnegie's owned most of it for a long time. There are still a few private inholdings but most of the island is designated wilderness. Most people take the ferry over there. I'm kayaking. I'll put my backpacking gear in my boat and spend 5 days moving around, trying to see as much as I can. Tonight I'm in an old hotel on the bay in St Mary's GA.
