This cave was only discovered in 1974. It's location was kept a secret for 10 years while the land owner negotiated with the state. A camera crew was blindfolded and brought here for 12 hours of documenting. The film was shown to the governor and one thing led to another and the state legislature unanimously voted to buy the property and make it a state park. It is spectacular. The park is absolutely paranoid about preserving the cave. We couldn't take any pictures. Breathing was discouraged and taking a stalagmite as a souvenir was a Capital offense. I did get a bike ride in after the tour and took a few pics.
Love your ears dave. No pics, guess you have to go into cave to see it.
