Jenny absolutely "HAD" to call and wish Lindsay, happy birthday, today. We've got no cell service, no pay phone and no idea which direction to go to get said service. We literally drove 70 miles so that Jenny could leave Lindsay a message on her phone I was apoplectic! Lindsay, don't let this happen next year. Tell your mother "NO". After that adventure we went for a very pleasant 5 mile hike on the "west" trail. Good workout, very scenic. I cooked our lunch on the picnic table (grilled veggies & coucous) I went for an afternoon bike ride and we are currently sitting outside under the awning. I'm doing this and Jenny is writing in the trip log. We've no idea where we're going tomorrow. We're leaving here and going somewhere. This is a hike picture.
