Today was pretty much devoted to admin. I did get out on my bike for 45 minutes. I have been pushing my heart rate up alittle bit more every time I ride. Not fully back yet but there is some progress. We decided to find a lunch spot not downtown. The meal was very good but the dessert was spectacular. We will be in Arizona tomorrow.
