Sundance Wyoming

Butch Cassidy's side kick was held in the local jail here for a time and because of that "The Sundance Kid" nickname stuck. Our drive was mostly through the rolling green hills of the plains. If you used your imagination it wasn't hard to imagine the hills covered in an endless herd of Bison. We are not far from 'The Devil's Tower' a rock monolith made famous by the movie

"Close Encounters of the third Kind". We will go there tomorrow.
